What You’ll Do:
- Lead, manage, and grow a high-performing sales team aligned with company goals.
- Build and refine sales processes that drive measurable results and accountability.
- Hire, coach, and mentor sales representatives through ongoing training and development.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs and team performance to leadership.
- Partner with the General Manager to align sales execution with business objectives.
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through a people-first, service-driven approach.
- Stay current on market trends, competitive positioning, and industry best practices.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of progressive sales experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience implementing scalable sales systems and accountability frameworks.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- HVAC, plumbing, or home services experience preferred.
- All candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screen.
